Vertical Mill Department
Our Vertical Milling Department is equipped with four Mazak Mills, featuring bed sizes from 20″ x 40″ x 20″ to 30″ x 80″ x 30″ and full 4th-axis capabilities. With spindle speeds reaching 12,000 rpm and tool changes under 2 seconds, these machines achieve rapid traverse rates of 2,000 inches per minute. Each mill is fitted with digital probing to ensure the precision of our customers’ components.
